This spicy coleslaw can be made with a 16 ounce package of coleslaw or any other packaged broccoli slaw. Add a cup of matchstick carrots if you like. If you like a peanut taste add 1 TBS of smooth peanut butter to the vinaigrette and add chopped, roasted peanuts as a garnish.
This is a recipe from a popular restaurant from the Five Points area of Raleigh, NC. Texture is just right and the flavor unbelievable. I added a southwester flair by omitting the dry mustard and thyme and replacing it with cumin, chili powder and a bit of cayenne.
