I love brownies so much I've devoted an entire website to trying different brownie recipes. But I've also packed on a lot of pounds thanks to brownies. I've been experimenting and searching for a delicious, fudgy brownie recipe that's low-calorie, vegan and maybe even has one or two healthy ingredients. This is what I've come up with so far. Give it a try and see what you think!

Melt butter in pan, add milk and cocoa powder and sugar.
Once boiling, add karo syrup. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
Put in bowl and add peanut butter and vanlila. Stir.
Stir in oats . Working quickly spoon by tablespoons onto wax paper. Place in freezer to make cold. Keep refrigerated.
Kids love this one, it is fast and easy! Make sure you have all ingredients pre measured and it will be super fast.
