Number of Servings: 20


    1 8 oz. package of Fat Free cream cheese
    1C. cold skim milk
    2T. lemon juice
    1 box Fat free sugar free vanilla instant pudding
    small container of cool whip free
    1 1/2 packs of low fat cinnamon grahm crackers


Blend one 8 oz. package of cream cheese with a mixer until well blended.
1 C.Add milk and 2 T. lemon juice.
Continue mixing until well blended.
Add one small box of sugar free fat free Vanila pudding mix to the mixture, mix well.
stir in cool whip
Place low fat grahm crackers in bottom of 9x13 pan
Top with half the cream cheese mixture.
Place another layer of grahm cracker
Top with remaining mixture.
Spread light cherry pie filling on top and refridgerate for several hours.
