Introduction

Ingredients

    Bar:
    1/2 C Butter
    1 SQ unsweetened chocolate
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/2 - 1 C chopped nuts- optional
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp vanilla
    2 eggs

    Filling: 6 oz Cream cheese ( use 8 oz package and reserve 2 oz)
    1/2 C sugar
    1 egg,
    1/4 C Soft Butter or margarine
    2T Flour
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/c chopped nuts
    6 oz chocolate chips

    Frosting:
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 C milk
    1/4 cup butter
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 oz cream cheese
    1 Sq unsweetened chocolate
    1tsp vanilla

Tips

Bring all ingredients to room temperature before mixing.


Directions

Melt butter, chocolate,add remaining ingredients, mix well, put in 9X13 pan, which has been greased and floured.

Combine 6 oz cream cheese with next 5 ingredients, Beat 1 minute until smooth, add nuts spread over bar mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Bake 20-25 min
Sprinkle 2 cups mini marshmallows over bar and return to over for 2 minutes

Melt butter, chocolate, cream cheese and milk Stir in baking powder, powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth and immediately pour over marshmallows and swirl.
Cool, cut and store in refrigerator.


Serving Size: Makes 16 bars
