This recipe was adapted from Food Network.com. It is super easy. The ingredients below call for low-salt chicken broth - the nutritional info uses regular chicken broth. You choose.
You can serve it over pasta if you like. We eat it as is.
Sounds Crazy But the family will love it.
If you are looking for a lower fat version, try egg beaters in place of egg, and low fat or fat free cream cheese. I woudn't recommend a fat free mozzarella. I have also used whole grain Italian Bread as a substitute
You can substitute ground turkey or ground beef if you don't have venison. Also, this makes a lot of meatballs and sauce. Eight servings might be a low guess.

This is a great vegi based marinara with good flavor and some kick. Don't forget to spinkle in CAYENE pepper for the KICK - all to your tastebuds, not mine. Thanks!

This was what I made and saved for my mom and stepdad when they came home from work. They both said it was amazing! The flavours get a chance to blend during the chill time before baking, which is important… don’t skip that step!
A different take on a fruit cake, made with yellow polenta and mashed banana, and studded with figs and raisins. Laced with brandy, but you can use apple juice if you want. Low-fat and totally vegan, though you can substitute if you wish.
A tasty, elegant cheesecake in the Italian style. Nice and light, the berries are a great topping addition but so are sliced peaches, a lemon sauce or chocolate!
