Delicious salad for lunches

I dont like any of these vegtables
but once I tried it I loved it
if you like crunchy chowmein you will love this

Sometimes I add minced garlic or Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend to this. This makes a good, filling lunch by itself or with a green salad on the side.

If you love avocados, you will love this delicious lunch treat. I pair with 1/2 a cup of nonfat cottage cheese for a filling lunch. Although this recipe does have a significant amount of fat, it is GOOD fat from the avocado!

Lower Fat Version of my vegitarian "chicken" salad

This is a variation of chicken salad I make often. I like to add a fruit to boost the vitamin value and it tastes good. Here I use strawberries, but apples and grapes are great too. Add chopped almonds, cashews or walnuts to help with protein or crunch. Today I'll have on whole grain bread with fresh tomatoes and spinach leaves.
