Tender and delicious way of serving pork tenderloin on a cold Fall or Winter's day.... we love it. The original recipe calls for 1 and 1/2 lbs of meat but 1 lb is fine for a light dinner. You can mix it up using apricots or dates etc. Delicious served with mashed yams and boiled kale.
