I found the Porcini Pasta at my local farmer's market, and since I had mushrooms at home, I decided to play around. Instead of regular catsup, I used a mushroom catsup to add more mushroom flavor, and to give a slightly vinegar/acidic kick to the dish.

I've been making this simple sauce for almost 40 years. The family loves it. Use in my lasagna recipe as well.
My Grandmother's Recipe converted to Gluten Free. Very meaty and cheesy so if you like this type of lasagna, even if you don't eat a GF diet, you will like this one. This is a two day recipe, you can eat it the first night after baking but it is so much better and sticks together the second day.
We bake the frozen bread along with this. It makes it perfect for those chilly days
