Introduction

My family loves Lebanese Cabbage Rolls, but they don't eat the cabbage....so, this is the filling for the cabbage rolls. :) My family loves Lebanese Cabbage Rolls, but they don't eat the cabbage....so, this is the filling for the cabbage rolls. :)

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 cup rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Fry ground beef, onion powder and garlic powder. Boil rice per directions. Drain beef, combine rice and beef, tomato soup, water, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Simmer on stove for 15 minutes.
