This chili is made from Carroll Shelby's Original Texas Brand Chili Kit.
This is a yummy recepie that I threw together last night. You could consider using ground turkey for less fat/calories. The Nutrition info for this recepie is based on only eating 1/2 off the Stuffed pepper. I also made a veggie stir fry on the side. And some rice for my husband.

Cook onion until it gets white
add ginger root and garlic cloves
add meat , soy sauce and black pepper
add green beans and tomatoes
lower temperature and cook for 20 minutes
This came out SO GOOD. Little high on the calories, but you could always make smaller portions and pair with a nice light salad.
