This is my version of lobster pot pie. It is adapted from the recipe found at Cosmopolitan.com. Although it may not seem "skinny-ed down" at first glance, a normal version of lobster pot pie can pack up to 900 calories and nearly 65 grams of fat! My recipe replaces highly caloric and fattening ingredients with more healthy choices while still maintaining all the delectable flavors!
