Ingredients

    Tilapia, 8 oz (remove)(2) 4 oz filets
    Jumbo Shrimp Cooked 5 shrimp, 2 serving (remove)
    Classico Garlic Alfredo Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    Barilla Whole Wheat Penne, 4 oz (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 4 piece (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shaved, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Creole Sasoning ( garlic powder ,onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper)

Directions

Wash filets and shrimp and pat dry
preheat oven to 400 . spray a pan for the fish to cook with olive oil non stick spray. season fish with creole seasoning including shrimp. I like to coat mine with a good amount. i also lightly spray the fish on top with some olive oil non stick spray. cook fish for about 15 minutes if frozen if thawed about half the time until eaisly flaked and opaque. cook shrimp last 5 minutes because they cook fast. Cook pasta according to directions. Heat up sauce and add diced up sun dried tomatoes to sauce. Drain pasta and toss with half of alfredo sauce. save remaining half to top off fish. once fish is cooked place ontop of pasta . place one filet on each plate place 5 shrimp on top of filet top off with some sauce for each plate and add shaved parmeasan cheese on top serve with garlic toast if desired and some broccoli.
