This is a great dressing, and you can knok down the fat by using less oil. I do reccomend emulsifying it it keeps the consistancy and makes it creamy without the extra fat.
You know how you go to a restautrant and all the dressing are scary and loded with fat? Well make your own. Check out the spices I use to make your body burn more fat and taste great. If you want a a little kick pepperchini's taste great with the dressing too. Plus it is loaded with HDL or unsaturated fats and those you need alot of. Keep in mind the serving sizes are very generous for those who need a lot of dressing. I usually use half a serving.
