A yummy Macoroni Salad my aunt always makes, I switched out real mayo for low fat mayo.
I have also been toying with the idea of switching out the real sugar for Truvia/Splenda.... let me know!

Combined a few recipes on here and my normal recipe to make this one! Low Cholesterol and Low Calories. I like to eat this either on a Mission Carb Smart tortilla or a Arnolds Sandwich Thin- both whole wheat :)

This is a great salad to serve in the summer when strawberrys are ripe and ready!! We have also added crumbled smoke salmon to make this a complete summer meal.

This makes 10 half pints. The single serving is set at one Tlb. Habaneros may be used. I use about 4 seeded.
You may lower the sugar using a low or no sugar pectin and less sugar but in the case of this particular jam I don't care for the results as much.
Remember the amount of peppers is a suggestion. It varies with their hotness.
