Mason Jar Salads - easy to put together. When ready to serve, remove hard boiled egg first then turn jar upside down and shake. Empty onto plate. The longer the tomatoes, celery and carrots stay in dressing, the more pickled they get by week's end.

I created this recipe out of odds and ends in my refrigerator when I realized I didn't have celery to make the traditional version.
This recipe makes 6 huge servings, and is a meal in itself. If you want to serve this as a side dish it would make 12-18 servings.

This is just something I threw together after paying $5 for a similar salad that was already made. I figured I could make it for cheaper and better!
A tasty way to have fruits and veggies together. The various flavors and textures make it a very satisfying side dish or even lunch entree. I often will vary the vegetables or add cinnamon for a slightly different taste.
This is a healthy dish that even my children don't get enough of. It is full of good nutrients and is not hard or very heavy on the body. I can eat it whenever. Be Blessed!
