Ingredients

4 Cups Broccoli Florets, chopped
1 Cup Onion, diced (red or sweet)
5 Slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 Cup Pecan Pieces (or you can chop your own)
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Light Mayo
4 TBLSP Cider Vinegar (i use white wine vinegar)
2 TBLSP Splenda (or more or less to taste)
Tips
I buy a large bag of already cut up broccoli from Sams Club (i still have to divide those up and make smaller but it takes less time than chopping a head of broccoli)
I also buy my pecans in "pieces" so all I have to do is dump them in :)
Directions
Just add the broccoli, onion, bacon and pecans to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the sour cream, mayo, vinegar and splenda together.
Pour the dressing over the veggies and mix well. Let sit in fridge overnight to mix flavors :)
Serving Size: Makes 12 (1/2 Cup) Servings or 6 (1 Cup) servings
