Slow-cooker, low cal, vegetarian (actually vegan) soup recipe. Full of root vegetables and kale. Seasoned with adobo, chipotle chili powder, oregano and tarragon. (Adobo is measured because it contains salt and sugar. All other seasoning is adjusted to taste.)
Note: I used up old potatoes with this recipe, so any potato type would be fine, but the sweet potato is needed for flavor.
For vegetarians, add a veggie sausage link to your individual bowl
OR
For meat-eaters, add a "real" sausage link to your own bowl.
