Can be done with Large and small mushrooms. If large, 1 mushroom = serving and if small 3 = serving. Also, can either grill or roast in the oven. Also makes a unique serving bowl.
Using a food processor allows this to become so thick and creamy that using only a 1Tbl on a cracker or tomato slice easily can become the basis of a lunch or snack. 2 Tablespoons used the same way becomes a full lunch with veggie and fruit on the side
