Fresh Lemon Sorbet
This is the first sorbet I ever made. I used Mejer lemons from the farmer's market. Four lemons were plenty. Half the lemon rind rind or an orange/Clementine rind, dipped in water & frozen, makes a nice serving bowl.
An ice cream maker is required for this recipe.
Preparation: 10 minutes + cooling time, 25-30 minutes chilling time; optional 2-3 hours to 'ripen' in the freezer.Submitted by: AVFAIN
