Light, low-fat biscuits

I modified this Kraft foods recipe for Angel Lush Cake just a bit for fewer calories/fat per serving.

This cake is PERFECT for summer. Light and not TOO sweet, and served cold so it really beats the heat.

Weigh & Measure everything for correct portion control. Can keep in refrigerator most of the week, or freeze, or prepare with a "Do Ahead" recipe. Need scales & measuring cup & spoons.
My experience: 16 oz box/dry will make 8 [4 oz] servings. Some might make more servings. So weigh it.

This uses less egg whites than most. Less than 100 calories per serving!

By chilling the dessert overnight, the fruits moisten the cake for easier cutting and meld the flavors. Yummy! Great in the summer and company loves it!

Can also be made in a tube pan. Makes 12 servings-double value of a cupcake.

This is a remake of one our favorite dishes, using a low-fat version of cream cheese, and swapping golden mushroom soup for low-fat cream of chicken soup.

This remake is just as tasty and very filling. It is really good comfort food.

Low in calories and so delicious no one will guess that it is gluten free. An excellent way to add dessert to your diet without blowing all your daily calories. Serve it with berries or other fruit to up your daily fruits and vegetables total. Some fat free whipped topping would go well here, too. Yum!

This is a modified Pinterest/internet recipe. Every recipe I've seen has left the apples intact and makes for a denser cake. I still want the light and fluffy qualities of the angel cake (that's the appeal of angel food, isn't it?), so I pureed the apple filling and added it to the cake mix and used a hand mixer per the box directions.
