Ingredients

    *Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 5 oz
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    *Mountain High All Natural Low Fat Yogurt - Plain, 1.5 cup
    *Morton Lite Salt, 1.5 tsp
    *Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta, 5 oz
    *Safeway Angel Hair Pasta Spagetti, 5 oz
    Dill weed, fresh, 1 cup sprigs
    *Crushed Garlic, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
2. Brown the garlic very quickly in 1 TBSP olive oil. Put the drained pasta back into the pot, add the yogurt to the sauce pan and mix. Add the dill and parsley and lemon zest and lemon and salmon. Mix until combined.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
