Just made these today and YUM! I used a mix of 2tsp cinnamon and 1tsp ginger (+ replaced the sugars with calorie-free versions) and still these are EXTRAORDINARY. They're like candy!!!! Definitely a household favorite. And the texture is just great too, plus so easy to make. A+ recipe! Thanks!!
