Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I started a recipe makeover and first confirmed the calculator gives the same carb number. Then I removed the rice and added cauliflower (thinking I could "rice" it in the shredder),but the carb count went up to 4. So maybe I'll try it as is. Looks good.
It says 2.8 carbs.......am I missing something. We are supposed to add rice, correct?
This Recipe is not low fat. 15.6g of fat is way too much to be considered "low fat". Low Calorie compared to most fried rice? Sure, but definitely not low fat
