Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Be sure to cool before removing from pan or they will crumble! These are fabulous. DH loved them, too. I baked them in silicon muffin pans without liners, and there was plenty of fat to keep them from sticking. I actually might cut the oil just a smidgen next time.
