Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this with 3 cups green cabbage and 1 cup red cabbage. Used fat free Greek yogurt. Added an apple, chopped and also 2 celery sticks. About 1 tsp of Mrs. Dash. Took it to a family potluck and got rave reviews. The sauce was so creamy and delish. Will absolutely make this again.
Now THAT is how you do creamy coleslaw!! This is not the funky tasting low-fat dressing recipes I've tried before. I am happy to say that fat-free original yogurt has the creaminess and the tanginess that is needed in a dressing. Thanks for the recipe.
This recipe is excellent. I was a little leary with it being so low in calories and fat but even my husband enjoyed it! Nothing has compared to his grandmothers but this is really yummy!!
