Amazing, amazing, my first batch was a little runny, so I added a bit more flour. Second I added 1/2 cup corn meal, turned out great. Added sugar as required & was not too sweet.
These were very good, my son (2yo) and I had them for breakfast. I like how simple they are, and how small a batch they make. I would cut back a bit on the sugar next time, I found them a bit sweeter than most waffles. Overkill when I want maple syrup on them!!
Made these last night. They are a heavy waffle. Ate one this morning after it had been in the toaster. It was crispy and, along with the sugar free pancake syrup, accompanied the egg and turkey crumbles beautifully. I would make and freeze them again.
