This recipe sounds too good to be true... I can't find any egg noodles that have so few carbs as your recipe shows. American Beauty egg noodles has 40g of carbs for 2 oz. dry, so 12 oz. dry would be 240g... Divided by 8 servings = 30g of carbs just for the pasta, never mind the other ingredients.
