This recipe is excellent! I was surprised at how perfect the protein bars turned out. I actually used chocolate flavored whey protein (only 1/2 svg) and mixed 1/2 organic apple cinnamon oatmeal and 1/2 regular quaker oats. Very tasty and nutritional!
