Yum! I don't like Oatmeal, but loved this. My hubby really liked it and had 2 servings with milk. I used 1/4 c suger instead of Splenda and cut it into 8 servings, instead of 16. This changed the cals - 150.8 each, Fat 3.2 g, Carbs - 25.6, Fibre 2.5 , Protein 5.7 - use Pam to spray the dish!
