Ingredients

    2 cups of Quick Cooking Oats
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    1/8 cup of splenda for baking
    1 T of ground cinnamon
    3 egg whites
    1 cup of skim milk
    1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1 t vanilla extract
    about a 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips
    sprinkle of ground cloves

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and bake in an 8x8 pan for 35-40 minutes.
