I increased the number of ounces of shrimp. Not sure how many shrimp are in 3 oz. (From what I have read, there are about 8-9 shrimp in a serving)
This is a very filling vegetarian dish. Spice can be adjusted to taste. Personally, I prefer to eat it cold, but some people seem to like it warm as well.

experimenting with dinner one night and this is what I came up with. I'm sure that for basil lovers a regular pesto would also work.
A hit with kids, gets veggies in them, and their protein as well.
If you use creamy caesear dressing for this, you will NOT need the mayo. Only use mayo if you use a vinaigrette type dressing.
Just boil the pasta and mix in the ingredients. This works with any kind of vinegar or pesto, I just happened to pick all red ones.
