Almost Fat-free Spinach Pie
I love spinach pie, but extremely picky about the flavor (not a dill fan). I was surprised at how fatty it can be, so I created a low-fat version when I tried the Weight Watchers diet. Each slice has about 2.5 g of fat (from the olive oil and dough), which works out to be about 4 points per (large) slice.
