Ingredients

    2 slice, small Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)
    3/4 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
    1 Light String Cheese sticks
    2 packages (10 oz) Spinach, frozen
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Salt
    1tsp Pepper, black
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

Directions

Dice up bread put on bottom of sprayed pie plate. Lay cottage cheese, parm, nutrition yeast and thinely sliced rounds of string cheese on top. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, mix eggs with s&p and spinach. Lay on top of Cheese. Bake at 350-375* for 40-45 mins. Let cool 10 mins to set up. Slice and serve.
