Mama mia! Delicious! I tried draining the cottage cheese in a sieve but didn't get much liquid out. I also sprinkled the Parmesan on top instead of mixing it in — not a success — next time it gets mixed in. I'm going to substitute nonfat dairy & egg whites next for lower calories & fats. Mangia!
