This is about a 4+. Thanks Jeschainks! Like someone else, I added mushrooms (and sauteed celery and onion). I also gave this a couple of shots of hot sauce to brighten the flavors. One other thing, my guess is the calorie count does not include the biscuit/roll.
very very delicious and without all the calories. I added saute' mushrooms ! I use a chicken base product from Minor's which has no MSG. Add 1 tbsp to 2 c water ...yummy
