Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used an 8" x 4" loaf pan. Used half gran Stevia with the sugar. I assume the grapenuts give the feeling of nuts for some people w/allergies to nuts. Beautiful loaf! This is good, but possibly a little drier than I prefer -- but it was great with a little light butter and warmed bread!
