Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I fixed this today. I added 1 cup blueberries, frozen and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. I am not sure what that addes to the calorie count but they were very good. I got 15 muffins w/recipe.
I halved this recipe. I only have a six-muffin tin. I used wheat flour and egg substitute instead of eggs. I also left it baking for five extra minutes and it could have used alittle more. (My oven is new, but I can't say). I also left the faux-sugar out and the salt. I will make this again.
There O.K., I guess for low fat and low in calories. I'll make them again, just for myself though.
