Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I've used this simple recipe for several years and got it originally from Weight Watchers. It still is one of my all-time favorite quickie breakfasts, served over a toasted whole wheat, low fat, high fiber English muffin. Yummm!
Wow, this sounds like a great low-fat and delicious recipe. I am going to try it.
This has always been one of my favorites. You can also add cocoa powder and vanilla extract. It takes care of the chocolate craving without the fat.
Good source of protein and a way to get your dairy. I have enjoyed this as a desert for several years.
This is great and very satisfying since it is both sweet and protein packed. I usually mix in a spoonful of slivered almonds and I use either vanilla or almond extract.
