Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this tonight for supper. It was fabulous!!! I made my own pasta and used low fat ricotta. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I served it with a large salad. It was delicious and filling. I'll definitely make it again.
I know it tastes great! The only problem is that the calorie value is for only 1 cannelloni and that is hardly one serving unless it is served with other food on the same plate or it would look rather empty. But it is definitely nutritious and delicious.
