Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These bars are great - I tried reducing the sugar to 3/4 cup this time and they still taste great. Will try and reduce further as well. Total addins were about 1 cup: almonds, cranberries, sunflower seeds, mini chocolate chips and coconut.
This is good. I added some flaxseed to the recipe to increase the fiber a bit. Thanks
