This was very good and simple. Not to spicy, but that would depend on how hot your peppers are, and tasted great. You could add some spices and coat meat with a little flour, but that would add calories.
So good and my family raved! Had no idea it was low fat! I added just a little lowfat cheese and dollop of low fat sour cream( this is a spicy dish!) and it was delicious!
