These are great! My DH and I love gingersnaps and this is like a soft gingersnap. I used regular sugar since I didn't have any Splenda.
There is chlorine in Splenda? OMG!!! I hope not, but I usually use Sugar Twin anyway. None of the sugar replacements seem to be healthful, but I'll use the one that's been around the longest on the market. It wouldn't be around this long if it was REALLY horrible.
very soft, very good. I also refuse to eat splenda and used raw sugar. I don't mind the calories because it's healthier.
