I really liked this recipe, but I tweeked it just a little. I carmalized my onions and garlic together so that they had more flavor, and I added more seasoning than the recipe called for (garlic salt, pepper, salt, parsley, thyme). Overall a great recipe to eat vegatables in a different way.
