Slow Cooker Pork Roast
I copied this recipe from about.com, the only difference is that I halved the amounts called for and when I cooked my roast I left out the cup of chicken broth and 1/4 tsp. pepper (by accident), so I left those out of the ingredients too. I found the meat and vegetables to be tender and flavorful without the two missing ingredients, but feel free to add them if you would like. This dish is actually a little higher in fat than I had anticipated, but it is not too bad.Submitted by: LGK1000
