Light sweet taste. I took the vinegar out of the recipe and added extra brown sugar stevia. Turned out great! Ate it with rice pilaf and corn. Impressed and will cook again!
WOW!!!! Tried this the other night, and my family LOVED it! My son, who only eats chicken nuggets and fries, went back for seconds! :) I shredded the chicken once cooked and let it simmer a bit more in the crock pot, it was delicious. Also, I substituted Splenda brown sugar, and sprite zero. :)
