I love breakfast wraps like this but my body cannot handle whole flour or corn tortilla's - too high of a carb count. BETTER WAY: scramble eggs with a mix of whatever you have on hand of softened peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, kale, etc. Wrap in head lettuce leaf w/ salsa and sour cream)
You didn't include the tortilla in your nutrition facts. I guess you could just wrap it in the ham or maybe some lettuce but you can't really call this low carb if you add the tortilla.
