I made this with some left over lobster and it was great, used a Joseph's flatbread multigrain because that was all I could get, I imagine the tomato and basil would be a nice addition in flavor. The greek cream cheese tastes the same and is less fat and calories, as is the flatbread
We used pitas. This is a really nice, easy combination. I would definitely use low fat or no fat cream cheese though.
