Have left over pasta from last nights spagetti dinner, jazz it up with some vegetables and ta-dah, a quick pasta salad.
My daughter's favorite is mccormick pasta salad made with spaghetti, but she calls it linguine salad.
Cook & drain spaghetti according to package directions (11 minutes for firm); chop all vegetables; place all ingredients into large bowl and mix well. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
