Introduction
Any kind of spaghetti can be used-fresh or leftover. We did not put any dressing on this so that people could choose their preferred type. No extra salt has been added. Ingredients

2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup celery chopped
1 lg Roma tomato finely diced
1/2 sm onion finely diced
1 sm can of Mushroom stems and Pieces
(6.5oz can)
1 tsp Mrs.Dash Tomato-Basil-Garlic seasoning
freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Spaghetti can be left as is, or you can chop it into smaller pieces. Dice all fresh ingredients and add to spaghetti. Stir gently. Add seasonings and let stand a bit .. or longer.
No dressing has been added to help salad to hold longer, and people can choose their own. I plan on having 3oz of shrimp on top of mine, adding the extra calories for any additions.
