Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I substituted 1/2 the flour for whole wheat flour, nixed the white sugar altogether, and left the cranberries whole. I just used the juice from navel orange, and added the zest (about one tablespoon) and I am very pleased with how they turned out! A very generous cookie for the calories!
I substituted EggBeaters for the eggs and Nurtisweet for the white sugar and reduced the brown suger by 1/4 of a cup and the cookies were still delicious.
These were so tasty!!! I made sure to make 36 so that the calories were relevant - great snack on those heavy exercise days! Thanks for the recipe (Oh, I added orange zest, 1tbsp)!!! :)
